Can this handle 24vdc?

Typical rule of thumb is plus or minus 10% on any voltage, AC or DC and from 12 volts to 240 volts plus. So that being said the 12 volt DC pump should operate safely with a power (voltage) source of 10.5 to 13.5 volts DC, so you 24 volts DC would MOST CERTAINLY cause serious damage to the pump motor. Insco Electric makes it Buck and Boost transformer for less than $10.00 that would be a safe and inexpensive fix, or you could use a Diode, witch would be more difficult to incorporate one into a safe enclosure and power connection. Is there a version of this that runs on regular 110?

Yes, you can get 110 volt pumps with accumulator to do the same thing on 110 power.
