Blood sugar has been reduced since I started using this product! I prefer a more natural or holistic approach with supplements and this one seems to fit the bill. I am not sure if it is the supplement or my imagination but I do feel healthier in general since I have started using it. Could be the antibodies contained within the cinnamon.
