No pretendo tener unos abdominales estupendos. Sólo quiero contener la debacle de mi cuerpo 😊…Así que perfecto…

Limited effectiveness
I had great hopes for this belt and having previously used TENS Machines I knew how this should work in principle. However when I unpacked it and read through the very basic instruction book, I had my doubts. There are 4 pads and the controller says there are two "Channels" but doesn't tell you why there are two channels are for.The problem is that the 4 pads are all in line which means when you use the belt only a narrow zone of muscles are activated unless the intensity is set at a high level. I positioned the belt around my waist and it would sit there naturally but to exercise any other part of my abdomen required the belt to be repositioned and then it was difficult to get it to stay put or make good contact with my skin. Trial and error makes me think that the middle 2 are one channel and the outer 2 are the other channel. The second issue I have is that the programmes, of which there are a lot, are not describing exercises but are described in terms of a TENS machine. The impulses are also very similar to that of my TENS machine only very much more powerful. Interesting also when asked to give Star rating Amazon asks you to score its "Pain Relief" so there seems to be some confusion over what this device is for!I persisted using this machine for a week using it twice-a-day as suggested in the basic user's manual using one of the top row exercises on low intensity and then one of the lower row exercises at a higher intensity. The belt did however tighten a band of muscles around my waistline in the days I used it but was time consuming way to exercise, all in all this is 2-hours-a-day I can go to the gym and have a seriously good workout in that time, and I returned the belt for refund because exercising just that narrow zone of muscles started to give me uncomfortable cramps.

Let's see..
Item arrived within 1 day of purchase - amazing. Inside is the belt, attached remote, gel, manual and batteries. All comes in a small case. Manual/Set up/Start up was really easy and simple. There are 4 pads (2 in the middle of belt and 2 on the side) on the inside of the belt, to which you can control the pairs separately on the remote. 10 modes (5 for warm up and 5 for intense abdominal pulses). 99 intensity levels. No explanation really of what the 10 modes are or pulses that they do, you must go through them, see what you like and see which intensity suits you best.I use to use the abdominal gel/stick on toning products but thought I'd change to something more secure and can actually move about in without worring if it will fall off. You must use the gel that comes with the belt, to lubricate the pads on the belt (I use literally two drops per pad it spreads lovely and does the job, had no problems using this amount. Plus the tube of gel will last you ages!!) The velcro that secures the belt on your person is pretty decent, strong, doesn't feel loose at all. I like mine really tight so I get the maximum pulses on my abdominal area.I must say, I don't regret buying it (yet). I've read the reviews of this eating away the batteries, breaking, faulty remote etc etc.. I have not experienced this as of yet. I have also read of people see no difference/no effect of the belt. You have to keep climbing up the intensity ladder and try different modes. Switch your routine up as it suggests in the manual. You will not get any benefit of this belt if you keep it on a low intensity, as well as the same mode. Period. You honestly will feel like your abdominal has had a workout with this belt. I use this to tone on high intensities switching modes every day so cannot comment on pain relief as I'm use to these pulses through use of similar products. To many I'm sure it's uncomfortable but once you get use to the initial shock, you can push yourself to higher intensities and switch the modes up. Find out what works best for you. Everyone's body is different so dont be despaired if you're not seeing results as fast as some of the other reviews are saying. Keep at it!

Stopped working after 3rd use
Revised review: Was sent a new one after great customer service after prev product stopped working after 3rd use, so far I have the new one 4 times with no issues. Works great. Easy to use and with a good diet and exercise I probably will see some difference but not as yet.Previous review: Easy to use. However only used it 3 times and it stopped working, the button allows you to press it up and then it goes straight back to zero with no nothing happening. My first use it had me tingling which led me to believe it could help with abs but as it stopped working so soon, I'll never know. Wouldn't purchase this product ever again, not sure if it's faulty goods the seller is selling or just a bad built product. Wasted money, so definitely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Not sure about the Results yet after a month's use!
Well, I haveused this for almost a month. I started with 20 min on day 1, then 30 mins for the next 4 days. Then went for an hour everyday (split with two 30 min sessions). I have problem only with my lower belly. It makes my belly stiff. I believe I have lost some fat there. However, it's not super flat yet. Believe it's working to an extent. I will continue with the same method for the next 2 weeks. If it hasn't helped in making my lower belly flat, then I will try to add some Crunches in the gym and see the Results. I will keep you updated ith my Results :)
