Just what I was looking for.
Exactly what I pictured from when I was younger. The balls are very good quality with a nice gentle ring. The box is a little cheap, but they are beautiful nonetheless.

Decent
The box quality is absolute cheap junk. The baoding balls themselves are pretty good, although the chime in one of them broke I think after about 6 months of regular use, because it definitely sounds different now from when I first got it. I have no idea what could have caused this.

Helps me relax and keeps me calm.
I share the "calming balls" with my 4 year old granddaughter while preparing her hairstyles. I use them at work, at home and when Im relaxing or even watching television. I use in either my left or right hand. Love this!!!!

Help for hands
My hand have been getting weaker and more uncoordinated. I spent some time working with these balls every day and they get easier to not drop them. I am using along with therapeutic putty to strengthen my hands. These were recommended to me by occupational therapist.

Do not purchase for kegel balls.
To be honest, I laughed so hard when picking this up. THEY JINGLE! I'm sorry, but please do not list jingly balls as Kegel balls. Great, I'm laughing all over again now. Definitely a waste of money though.
