Stylish, comfortable and sturdy
We wanted some seating on our decking but we didn't want anything intruding on our view from the conservatory. This is perfect for us, stylish, comfortable, sturdy and low profile. We had a slight problem with assembly but the seller was very helpful and sorted it out.

Good value
Easy assembly , unfortunately one bolt had a stripped thread but I sorted the problem. Only thing is the holes for the parasol don't line up so the parasol is on a slant when used, poor design !

We’ve had this loveseat for two years now and it’s fantastic! Diabolical
Absolutely shocking product! The holes don't match. The size if the frame, poles and actual seat are all different..we have spent 3 hours trying to assemble one lounger and can not make it fit. Awful and so disappointing. We were looking forward to these loungers and using them at the weekend. Instead we have wasted 3 hours and all ended up with cuts and what feels like a broken thumb too... I can't send this back as its too large and heavy for me to take to a collection point. And now have to spend another 30 minutes taking it all down and re boxing. I'd like a repainted please asap as to how this can be resolved. Thank you.

Poor instructions good item
Honestly this was the worst thing we have ever built we almost got a divorce, the item was missing a screw but customer service did respond straight away and will send it out. If you manage to survive building it it’s actually really nice and excellent value for money. The instructions were not instructions if they were to improve on that and actually instruct you the best way to build it, it would have got 5 stars

Lovely garden seat
Really liked this item. Easy assembly. Comfortable to sit on and sturdy. My one and only issue was that Yodel kept hold of it for 6 days at my local depot before delivery. They must be the worst carrier/delivery company in the country. Avoid them at all costs.

Not easy to assemble
Disappointed with the pre drilled connection hole's which hadn't been aligned up, so took much longer than expected to assemble, but persiverd and got there in the end,otherwise would have given it 5 star's. That said it looks good and is comfortable

Bargain!
When I received my item it was a little damaged at one of the connector points so I returned it and got one back within a week and an apology. Very sturdy and looks lovely in my garden. A must buy at the price and from what I think a very good company.
