Q: Can I use the tube to carry a 50cal sabot in it's sleeve?

A 50 sabot with a 45 cal bullet will slip into the tube. I don't use them this way but it will work.

Q: Are these water proof? Will my powder get damp if left inside for extended periods of time?

These tubes have a tight seal, however all my powders have a tendency to easily absorb moisture. I use them for quick reloads and do not leave them filled for long periods.
