working fine
I use these right along side the brand name equivalents. I see absolutely no need to pay for the name brand. These work just fine. I have not had them long enough for any of my batteries to have died from max number of charges, so I can't speak to that, but for the price difference, I have absolutely no doubt these will still be the better value.

Be careful
One of these batteries dies after less then 2 months. Tried to contact the seller but no luck.

Cheap Batteries are Cheap Batteries!
They are not the quality you get from a Milwaukee battery. Prone to premature failures and shortened battery life
