Dr. ComfortCollin Men's Supportive Orthotic Sandals Black - 11 Medium-wide

Since my podiatrist has me wearing the insteps now these flip flops have them built in and I really like that. Cause a slip-in device would not work as they would come out the back as I walked (which I tried with regular flip flops!). They are very comfortable and so much cooler than the exercise shoes with the slip-in insteps I'd been wearing so far this warm season. They seem well made so hopefully I'll get good wear out of them since I'm on a fixed income retiree.

My podiatrist recommended these. With no wide size available, I thought I might try the regular. I don't think there's many people who'd fit into this regular width. On top of that, the strap was way too tight to the point that it was cutting off circulation. You'd think that a sandal designed with extra arch support might have some compensation in the rise, but apparently these are only for people with flat skinny feet.

Exactly as described. My husband has issues with plantar fasciitis and I bought these for him and the problem has really improved.

Time for delivery was sooner than expected, sandal fits but is a little big otherwise very happyUpdate 3/01/2018After wearing the sandal for a while it has nearly collapsed, the arch no longer supports and the thong is fraying. I’m disappointed in this product and have now ordered a different sandal from another supplier of orthotic sandals for nearly $60 cheaper

The general description of the sandal shows an E/EE width. However, once the item is in your cart the width states "D" and that is what you will receive. Although the overall construction of the sandal appeared good, it was too narrow for me. I sent my order back to Amazon for a refund. From there, I went direct to the Dr. Comfort web site where they specify E/EE widths. Sorry to say although their box was labeled E, I believe the width was no wider than the D - width Amazon ships. Finding a wide "flip-flop" sandal is not easy.

I wore these for a solid week while on vacation. Most comfortable pair of sandals I have ever had, and since having Plantar fasciitis for the past couple of years, these sandals are actually more comfortable that my custom made orthotics. I highly recommend to anyone who has foot issues, but also dont want to wear shoes all summer. Outstanding arch support.

Well made product and support where you need it. The only sandals I can wear comfortably all day long.

I paid a whopping $59.99 for this. Only to experience the following things:1. The flip flop was defective, with a small cut on the sides.2. The protrudes in the flip flop which supports the anterior end of the foot are uneven.3. Too heavy for a theraupedic flip flop.4. Not conducive for summer wear as the material gets slippery in humid conditions. I repeat humid and it’s not wet.
