Does the job on the tin; was confused about whether the soap packet was supposed to be opened or if it would dissolve in water. Seems to have dissolved half way? Not sure if I did it right.

Update: I set the setting of my machine to a higher one with increased heat and it completely solved the problem. The dishes are clean, and without chemicals (and powder residue) in them! Will definitely buy again.I liked the idea of the product being made without hazardous chemicals, but unfortunately, it doesn't work as intended. Leaves powder residues all over the dishes and glasses.
