Does this receiver support a wireless subwoofer?

My subwoofer is wired to my receiver. I spoke with someone at Yahama and did research and both advised the sound wouldn't be great at all. You'll lose DSD audio, DVD-Audio and Super Audio CD (SACD) from the HDMI input. When I asked about wireless surround speakers, I was advised it would work with Yamaha wireless speakers. I wouldn't advise, hope this helps.
