Q: The box came with 2 electrode -looking parts in a ziplock bag with no instructions. what those are for and how to use them when needed? plz explain.

Those items are spare motor brushes should your current ones wear out. If you look on the side of the motor you will see two round spots that look like you can unscrew them with a coin or a wide screwdriver; if the motor ever stops turning and you have already checked and there is power coming to it, unplug the digger and open those caps to replace the brushes.

Q: Why is this more affordable than the 1200w model? 1200w model appears to be more ergonomic. is that an older version? what are the real motor specs?

HP of 1.6 on both, this model comes with 6” bit, 1200W model comes with 4” bit.

Q: Can it be used to dig horizontal ?

I don't know how safe it would be to use it horizontally, but if your strong enough to hold it that way I believe the motor would run just fine.

Q: Bolt was not included... plz respond tosizeand/ or send new accessory packet
