I wanted to observe this product before rating it. I remember reading mixed reviews when I did my research a few months ago. Some folks commented about it being too sensitive, some said it's not bright enough etc. About a year ago, I installed similar motion detector lights from another large retailer (no name calling here) in my backyard, but it eventuallystopped working. It would come on, but very dim, as if the bulbs inside were burnt, but it was LED. Also this was intermittent...it would sometimes go back to brightness, so it was useless. So o bought this light and replaced the old one out, and so far so good! At first it kept coming on all the time, during the day and randomly with no motion detected. But once I adjusted the settings, it has worked really well. Doesn't come on randomly, and if detects motion/when someone walks by for example, it always comes on. It's also brighter than the old one, but to be fair, old one was 2 lights, this is 3. So this everything worked a elected, I give it 5 stars for now, will come back and update if anything changes.

Excellent customer service, light is very bright and easily set up. Had minor issue with light fixture and both Jessica the customer service agent and Torchstar went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I particularly like that the light given off is a pure consistent white, the three heads allowed me to get excellent light coverage, and I found that adjusting the heads seemed easier to get correct than any of the two head lights I have had in the past.

So I didn’t think I bought this light so long ago and I felt like it went out too soon but I guess 2018 to today was fair enough for a $42 LED. For sure it was bright enough! Last year 1 light went out and the beginning of this year another and finally today the last one blew out. But like I said almost 5 years. It was worth it although I wish I would have had another 1-2 years

Going on about a year of owning this light. ITS VERY BRIGHT, and for that I am extremely happy. Unfortunately it has a few issues. The sensor may have lost its range as it no longer triggers at the same locations it had originally upon being set up. it used to go off the second i stepped foot on or drove onto my driveway from the street. I've made a few adjustments with no luck. It also does not have an always on Duck to Dawn setting as described. I didn't learn this until recently when i decided to start having it on at all times instead of hoping the motion sensor would work when i needed it too. I called the customer service who are very helpful and welcoming and they were only interested in making me happy. I told them my problem and they were quick to admit that there was a marketing error in the description of the item here on Amazon and they would like to send me one that did have the D2D function. They insisted that i keep the original one too. I went ahead and put that one on the back of my house and set it to a light switch. As for the replacement I was at first not able to get it to stay on when i set it to the D2D setting. It would turn on and then immediately turn itself off and then start the cycle over again. Turns out the sensor was getting light on it. Something that the instruction manual ( only a few clear to read and understand sentences) had not mentioned was that it would be best to avoid getting spillage from the light itself onto the sensor and to so do the sensor should be placed facing downward. I tried straight out at first which was a major problem, then i went 45 degrees and could still see light projecting onto the sensor. Once i aimed the sensor straight down the light never turned itself back off. I suspect that it is working as it should be now. You wont be disappointed with this purchase. You may want to consult your immediate neighbors regarding the lights throw which may or may not be illuminating parts of their property or blinding them as they sit in their back yard patio. Im speaking from experience. lol

Lights adjust easy so i have one lighting up the porch, and one pointed at each staircase. Sensor picks me up a good...20-25 feet away, and lights me up bright

Install was straightforward. Initial use and function was as advertised. Lights are bright. Motion detection is great and maybe needs to be dialed down.Product started breaking down around the 2 year mark. First, one light fails to light. Then after another 6 months the second fails to light. We have one light left, we'll see how long it goes.
