This is NOT a new item, it has been miss-sold and miss-advertised. They're the ones that are returned to Citizen, have been on display in a shop for years or returned to Amazon by users..The instructions were missing - presumably because they were the Japanese version and they didn't want the purchaser to realise this is a grey import, or misplaced by one of the many owners/reviewers.The box was grubby and scuffed and slightly ripped in places, the plastic bag inside the box that covers the watch was literally covered in scratches, fingerprints and numerous scrapes and folds. They couldn't even be bothered to replace the bag.Was this one sent to numerous reviewers - it's been handled that much.The strap is of a VERY low quality reminiscent of the child/toy-like quality you only get on $10 watches.The strap is in Asian sizes i.e. grossly too small for western wrist sizes - another 'tell' that this watch has bad provenance and it didn't fit my wrists - again of childlike sizes of a toy watch.I tested the Atomic-clock synchronisation and that worked - and yea, I could see scratches on the two tiny inset buttons (you should only need to use once).I charged the watch up overnight under a very strong light, I then successfully synchronised it with the atomic clock, and in half an hour the second hand was jumping 2 seconds - which indicates a flat battery. So I have doubts over the battery as well - like it's been on the shelf for years.Solar saves you having to change the battery every 2 years, but I shouldn't have to put up with an obviously unmatched two -tone bezel. The picture on the website does NOT show this shoddy integration.Just buy a better quality quarts watch.Do NOT buy this watch as you will very likely get this one as I'm sending it back like the numerous people before me. Advertisement did not use "heavily used".

Steel bracelet. Eco drive. Radio controlled. What more do you need at around £200?Fantastic.

Beautiful watch but I was surprised to be informed by Amazon that I would not be able to return the watch if I got the bracelet adjusted. Really???
