Q: Has anyone owned these for close to a year or longer? How has the "snugness" held up? Wearing these weekly?

Going on a year owning and I can say they have held up very well. I wear them everyday and will not go back to the cotton t-shirt. The elasticity is the same as day one. The only gripe I have is that after drying them I see various strings hanging from them that I have to cut but it hasn't effected the shirts in any way.

Q: Can you feel the liquid built up in the arms? If you squeeze it, does liquid squish out?

No. The liquid does not squish out. And you cannot feel the liquid build up. You will feel your moist arm pits as usual, but your feel the bulky pad under your arm pits. No sweat with go through, but the pad is too bulky for my preference. When your done, just wash it as normal and dry it.

Q: The only thing that I'm curious about is the rest of the shirt that does not have the under arm padding, does sweat show on the back, sides etc?

I don't sweat much on my back/sides, so for me, no sweat shows through on the back and sides. I do sweat quite profusely under my arms however, and so far, not a drop has shown through in those areas (not even a little dampness - it's actually pretty amazing). I would imagine that if your problem area is your back, then some sweat would probably show through, since that area isn't padded. hope this helps.
