Bought this after joining the hot tub club this year. I had DREADED understanding the chemical balances but this pack made it soooo easy! Lasted me several months too. Some tubs like pH I did not need to use, so have to only buy chlorine granules for my next purchase. Highly reccommend

I found the products packaging to show incorrect amounts for my spa usually depending on the chlorine level I can sort of guess after using many times how much chlorine is in, it usually doesn’t take long for my chlorine level to decrease so even if you add to much just wait a while and go again until you get it. Just ensure you test before you get in the water as a high chlorine level nearing 10 you’ll burn your skin as I accidentally chemical burned my hand upon my original spa shockThe tubs also arrive very full so unscrewing the safety locked lid can cause some spillages. A double edged sword as you get more product but it’s more effort to deal with. Make sure no chlorine granules are on the floor or in reach of a pet or child as it could seriously harm them. Other than that everything is what you’d expect from a starter kit the spoons are very helpful and have clear sizes to help you measure. Everything you’d need and want from a chemical starter kit. The precautions above are just things I learned from my first time using them to help others not make the same mistake :)

As with most other Spa owners, the Bain of water care is cloudy water, sometimes with a faint smell?I’ve used these for a month now and they seem perfect. The water has stayed clear and odour free, there is no itchy skin, balance stays level so all I all perfect.Must add, I had to chuckle at the reviewer who was busy smashing the tabs up to get them to dissolve, THEY TAKE 3-5 days to dissolve, read the instructions!A tip, I add a small quick dissolving mini chlorine tablet an hour before bathing as these tablets, being slow dissolving don’t get the sanitizer level up to what’s recommended, so a quick boost helps and guarantees safe water, they do however keep your water very clear, even after visitors have left there mark, ( you know what I mean owners! 😂)

Kit is very helpful but it does not give very good measurement guidance for different sizes of spa etc. Test strips are useless as they always say that there is no chlorine but i know full well there is as i put it in and i can smell it. Measuring spoons a cool extra and work fine to measure each ingredient.

Thes are brilliant. But the instructions on the tub are for the granules NOT the tablets so don't be a Muppet and try to pre-dissolve them in water! It won't work. They are slow melting chlorine (and anti fungal etc) cakes you just throw in your pool or hot tub. Simples.

Hi guys I buy this set for my garden hot tube new Jork and I am very happy . Its easy to read by strip. I have all the time clear watter . Good price aswell

New hot tub and frustrated paddling pool user. Got these as couldn't get dosage right. They work test ter daily, chlorine bit high day 1 (expected) then good for 5 days with regular filtration (2 hrs each day min) water perfect only had to add pH maximise once after using spa salts in hot tub , worth the money for clear clean balanced water .

A handy kit with all you need to set up a pool. Not quite enough testing strips if you were to follow the guide, also instructions weren't that easy to use if you didn't already have an idea about what you were doing
