It doesn't leak.
Got this to haul water via ibc tote, and unload it using a garden hose. It doesn't leak, and the quick connects work just fine.

Very easy to apply and removed and with garden hose on end makes moving water very quick and easy

Works ok. Leaks a little at the cam lock, and the threads strip fairly easy if you're not careful with the hose.

Much better than the screw on type
No need to guess the thread type on Your tote. Just get this and it locks on using cams. Easy peasy and still can use a hose along with the valve on your tote to turn on or off.
