Ready Ace 30" Guitar Complete Starter Pack Music Set

I bought this guitar for my granddaughter for her birthday. My daughter, her other plays the guitar also. My daughter tuned the guitar. She couldn't play more than 2 songs and the guitar was out of tune already. She tried tuning it several times and the same thing kept happening. Wouldn't buy this if I were you. Was really disappointed in this product.

Very disappointed in this product, this was supposed to a ready to go product and the strings were bad upon opening of the package and had to be replaced before even being able to tune or play the guitar.

I ordered this item twice. The first time it arrived, it arrived without the tuner and a string was broke. I returned it for another, hoping that it was a simple mistake...it wasn't. The second did arrive with the tuner, but a string broke.

Complete waste of money. Right out of the box it’s missing one of the tuning knobs. It didn’t come with a tuner. And there is no way for the strap to connect to the guitar. My son saved his money for several months just so he could buy a guitar. This was a waste of his money. I’m going to be contacting the company to see if we can get replacements for the things that are missing. It is just disappointing.

Nice beginner guitar my grandson loves it

The bridge and/or tuning pegs wouldn't hold the strings in place and the guitar is regularly out of tune. The $30 credit for Rock House U also did not work. I tried contacting Rock House but haven't received a response.
