Well written to the point reviews of many places in Barcelona!
Very well written concise and to the point! Don’t have to read a longggg drawn out article to get an overview of places you may want to check out on your visit. Gives us so many ideas and places to be sure to visit and a few that we won’t be wanted to waste our time on.

Best guide for Foodies...
While paper guides might become a thing of the past, when planning a trip, I love to get my hands on a good travel guide. I love flipping through the pages and photos and marking places I don't want to miss. Besides the look, size and quality (great photos and lots of them), what I love about this guide is that the author focuses on local cuisine, bars, cafés, clubs and shops. If you are a foodie, this guide is a must. One thing I should note is that there is no price range on any of the restaurants, tapas bars etc. mentioned, so, while food is relatively inexpensive in Spain as compared to many other European cities, do your homework first to avoid surprises. We tried as many of the recommendations as we could and were not disappointed. I came across this book via Ben Holbrooks' Driftwood Journals travel blog on Facebook. His blog focuses on Barcelona where he has lived amongst the locals for over five years, but also provides interesting articles about other cities in Spain. This will be the only guide I'll be taking on my next trip to Barcelona! Love it!

Great little guide to explore Barcelona the way it should be done
This is the ideal book to use to go off the beaten track in Barcelona and not do the norm like most people do. Well worth keeing in your travel bag whether it is the first time you go this wonderful city or have been before
