I had never used liquid chalk before but my trainer recommended it due to less mess and we are not inhaling all that dust. We were skeptical but it really does work very well. Same grip when doing pull ups and such less mess.

Distributes a nice layer of chalk on my hands. Gives good grip and smells like mint chocolate chip ice cream as a bonus. If you're wary about making a mess with chalk in a commercial gym or shared area, a good pick. Will come off your hands onto the bar, but not as much as block chalk. Block chalk does give more grip, though.

I use this to help maintain a secure grip on my pistol during long hot days on the range. This works well and does not get all over me or my gear. It stays on my hands.

4.5 Stars.Portable, convenient, effective.Smells kind of nice too, but maybe I'm just weird. Sort of fun rubbing it on your hands and watching your palms "magically" turn white as you wave them back and forth to dry.Just used during my 5x5 pull routine include deadlifts, bent over rows and pull-ups.Worked as advertised. About 85% as effective as real chalk. Alot less messy.Had to reapply a total of 3 times over the course of my 1.5 hr workout. No biggy.Will buy again.

Quality product. I use chalk for heavy deadlifts. One of my gyms doesn't allow chalk so i use this stuff instead. Leaves waaaay less mess and residue behind compared to other liquid chalks I've tried. Dries fast and helps my grip as much as normal chalk. I have to re-apply after every one or two sets so i'm sure it wont last long but I'll definitely buy again when i need to restock.
