Wooster Brush Quart Pail 8619 Pelican Hand Held 1, Gray & Red

Pelican makes the best paint liners for the brushes and 4" rollers. I used them for the entire house, for the trim, doors, and smaller Projects. I keep them for each paint in the house - all the different colors, the primer paint, the ceiling paint, and the door/trim paints. You can re-use them for 5 or 6 times. Wooster's quality in painting supplies is top-shelf!

Been painting for a while, used a few different paint pails over the years. This one is my favorite by a long shot.No rubber lip to trap paint(or water) when you’re trying to pour out your extra at the end of a jobEverything stays cleaner and neater. Not a major factor for most, but I tend to clean my things in downtime so when it cleans easier and I can be finished faster, that’s a win for me.Built in imitation roller screen that works well enough, and the hard edged lip make shedding excess paint off pretty Simple and Clean.

I've always got an interior paint project in progress and these liners are my best friend for trim work. I fill them no more than 1/3 of the way with paint, which gives me some flexibility if I decide to stop and don't want to waste any paint. I use acrylic paint so it's not easy to just peel everything out when it dries. Instead, I use up all the paint when I'm done for the day and let it dry. They I put more in and can re-use the liners a handful of times before I throw them away. If you use latex paint you can get way more mileage since it should peel right off if you get a good enough coating.My only feedback is I wish these were more eco-friendly, even if they were just made from recycled plastic or they were recyclable if the paint was removed.

This pail is adequate for pro usage, the magnet is strong, firmly holding large brushes in place even while using the liner. The ability to also use a 4 inch whiz roller makes this pail great for painting doors without having to have one pail for your brush and another with a screen for the roller. This pail is also great when needing to use multiple colors on the same job, when you use the liners, sold separately, it is possible to change colors very quickly. The only real drawbacks are the built in roller screen isn’t the best design especially once the liner is added, it doesn’t roll off neatly like it would with a metal screen, and also there isn’t really a place for resting the roller in the pail without your whole roller frame sinking in paint.

These are so nice and very durable! The game changer for me was the magnetic piece that holds the brush out of the paint and keeps it in a safe place while you’re trying to roll something. I do wish it had some sort of connector for a little roller so that the roller doesn’t hang in the paint, but, still an incredibly useful product!

I love these buckets been using them for decades. A must have quality of life buy for professionals and novices. Perfect size and weight to hold for hours with a brush and roller. Such a time saver for so little money.
