I absolutely love this mop. It cleans up messes very well and all I have to do to get a quick dry is to go over the area I just mopped with the opposite side of the mop. Floor gets clean and dries within minutes. Just fantastic. I need to order a few more of these before I come back looking for them and they're out of stock which happens alot to me.

If I had it to do over I would get a different mop. It seams to me that the handle isn't very strong mine he as come apart a couple of times.

Love this mop. Easy to handle, clean wide areas.

This is a credible string mop. The metal poles are aluminum for light weight, but they are of sturdy construction. I have no concerns about the integrity of the pole structure. The gripper head is made of strong plastic. There is a threaded mechanism that opens and closes the clamp with teeth. While it looks durable, I do wonder about the 'teeth' in the plastic jaws. They are short, stubby, but also a bit thin. I think these would be a vulnerable aspect. I will note that it does an excellent job of securing the mop head. My concern is durability. Attached are photos to show various angles of the gripper head, with a ruler for size reference.Our old string mop uses a metal gripping mechanism. Unfortunately, it has a wooden pole, which isn't in great condition after many, many years of service. This mop will easily handle the tasks. I do like that it is considered commercial grade, so fingers crossed on the durability of the jaw clamp.Based on these observations, this credible mop, with metal pole earns a 4.25 - 4.5 star rating.

I needed to change the mop I had already as it was not working for me now I have this it is so much better and I am happy with it thanks
