I’m a caffeine junkie. This stuff works for me. I use two scoops instead of one. It’s pretty comparable to the Muscletech pre workout or Optimum Nutrition for how much pump you get in the gym. It gets me through rugby workouts after a long day of teaching and clinic work. The pink lemonade is good too...not cloyingly sweet like a lot of pre workouts. I bought two more after getting the first one.

Horrible. I feel more caffeinated from a cup of coffee. This does nothing. Only upside is that the flavor was good

There is a decent lift with this product and it does sustain that lift for an hour or two
