This was a great puzzle, it’s challenging but fun to work on and very pretty. Took me a few days to complete but I wasn’t in a rush and was working on it leisurely. When I got to the end I realised that there was one piece missing. I emailed customer service (the email address is on a card inside the box) and got a response a few hours later saying that they would be happy to send me the missing piece! I provided my details and received confirmation that my piece was on its way only a few hours after my first email.Amazing product and customer service!

This is such a good puzzle. The pieces fit perfectly and I've never seen any other puzzle as good with that. Super satisfying. If you're good with colours and shades it might not be that hard for you too.

Cloudberries puzzles are absolutely amazing! they have such a wide variety of puzzles that are beautiful. I got this and the quality is so good, very sturdy too. I glued mine together with a couple layers on front and a few on the back and it did not ruin the colour on front(i do recommend only a couple on front and many on back if you want it to hold and not ruin colour). I highly recommend buying from this company.

This is the first puzzle I purchased and have done in years so I am still fighting my way in terms of what I do and don't like.This puzzle is extremely fun to look at and work on, it took me about 6 hours to do which I did in one sitting, I probably should have had breaks but I got entranced by it.However the last hour was spent staring at white pieces and whilst they do have colour differences, my eyes really struggled to see them, I'm still not 100% sure I got it right.The shapes themselves however, are all made of different styles of black lines, so once you know what to look for, it's really easy to identify which piece goes with which shape, and it felt very satisfying completing each one as it's own mini puzzle. My personal favourite sections were the word based colour wheel and the large light sphere.Overall, a good quality experience let down by a slightly frustrating climax, but as said, this was the first puzzle I have tackled in years.
