App does not have proper support for mop. Seems like same interface to be used for mopping and sweeping. Sweeping is good but sometimes it does not utilize the map properly. Most of time it build new map.using app for Sending to sweep a partical room( app calls it partition) does not work unless it is directly in front of that room. It will not go go directly to a partition(room) from the charging station unless it is directly in front of that room. Overall okay . I think device is good but the Lu need to work on app and may be come up with new firmware to fix all bugs. Device is solid . My advise to buy the model with sweep only not the one with mop - mopping is not so great.

I bought lvac couple of months ago, and running it every alternate day both sweeping and mopping simultaneously. It has completely relieved me from manual effort. The mapping feature in lvac is awesome.I have not yet tried how their after sales service is.Only minus I see at this point is that it gets confused and won't go back to its dock when there is power cut at home. So, I thought I should enable power supply from my inverter to overcome this. Otherwise, it is a great product. I would recommend you to buy.

Excellent product worth the price saves time cleans very well it does take some time understand its functionality. The demo video does not give you a complete information on how to configure maps, using remote and restricted zones however a product demo would have solved the problem and made it easier. Overall it is an excellent product with poor instruction manual.

It's been 2 months I bought this product in Bhubaneswar. For 2 days it work well. Then suddenly the wifi started blinking (it should stop after 3/4secs). I raised complaint twice on Eureka Forbes help line. As they automatically cancelled my first complaint. It's not solved yet. Now it just wastage laying in our home.EMI is continuing.

Overall the product performance is good, more features can be adaptable for both product and remote as well. Online demonstration has been provided by Ms.Priya it was really good. But my advice is to have in-person demo is more advisable so that I no need to give demo again to my Mom as she is not used to these online meeting and she can get doubt clarified from technicians directly.

It is very good product for home use . Customer care provide good information about the product .

The battery drains faster after some months..eureka Forbes service is very bad as we requested for service and raised complaints so many times,still we didn’t receive any service.

Review is after using product for more than a month . Product is working fine and is very useful produt . It vaccums and mops floor nicely and effectively . It is best for corners and areas with holes and depressions which do not get cleaned with regulrly brooming .It would have been even better had it got higher battery capacity and water storage facility .
