Description: Each card measures 4" x 6.5" and is printed on sturdy 1/16" multi-ply paperboard. The artwork is composed of animals from Eric Carle's classic children's books. Pros: Beautiful artwork which my daughter can relate back to the Eric Carle collection of books we also have. The familiarity of the animals reinforces both the animal and stories. The product quality is excellent and the cards are very durable. Cons: None Comments: My daughter instantly gravitated toward these flashcards and enjoys playing with them everyday. Having individual flashcards rather than a bound book enables her to organize and sort them however she pleases rather than be restricted to the sequence of pictures in a book. These flashcards are a nice compliment to our Eric Carle book collection.

These are thick and SO sturdy!! The pictures are super crisp and colorful. My 4 year old loves them! You get two type of sets of number cards which I love! Wish I would have found these before spending on other number cards. These are great for first set of flash cards very sturdy and beautifully made!

These cards have beautiful colors and are extremely durable. They just have a feel of quality and I love that. Some of the illustrations are weird and unclear. For instance, there is one illustration where I'm not sure if they are black stars or some weird kind of spiky ball. In another illustrations, it can be hard for a toddler to tell exactly what animal it is. All of this is easily overcome with just a tiny bit of practice. The cards come with 4 ways of identifying a number and I really appreciate that, so I would buy them again in a heart beat.

My daughter loves these cards. We started with the ABC set when she was around 9 months old since she loved animals and I thought they would be simpler since there is only one animal on each card. After a few weeks she was able to correctly pick up the card that we asked for and can now (17 months) say almost all of the animal names. We started using the number flash cards when she was about a year old in the same way. They have introduced even more animals and help as she learns to count. We play with these and the alphabet cards daily. These cards are a great tool for getting young children interested in learning. Children are drawn to the beautiful illustrations, especially fans of Eric Carle books as many favorite characters are repeated here. They are also great for developing motor skills while picking up, sorting and putting in the box.

The illustrations on these cards are crisp, clear, and fun for your child to look at! The material they are made out of is thicker than card stock! With in moments my 2 year old tried jumping on and bending them but didn't succeed due to their over all sturdiness! Inside you will receive 20 cards or 2 sets of cards that count to 10. (10 is the highest number) The first set is a traditional number with corresponding animal count on the other side (example, #2 with 2 dogs) the other set has the number spelled out with the same number of dots and corresponding animals (example #five dot dot dot dot dot 5 cats). I love that this gives my child multiple ways to learn her numbers, by counting, animals, and the shapes of the numbers themselves. We've already started practicing!

the flashcards are ok. THe box came broken when I got it, I had to tape it to have it as a box.

These are really great quality and very durable. They are bright, cheerful, and so much fun. I am a language tutor and use them for kids and adults alike. I have written the names of the animals and the numbers, in each language I teach, on each flashcard. They are especially good if you combine them with the story books by Eric Carle, because then the kids recognise the characters! You can also tell a story with the flashcards. They have so many uses. VERY versatile. A "MUST HAVE" as they are such a valuable teaching tool. Everyone loves flashcards!!

数字に興味を持ちはじめた一才半の息子のために購入しました。 同じエリック・カールのアニマルフラッシュカードでもよく遊んでいたので、たぶん興味を持ってくれるかな〜と思ったんです。 届いてすぐに箱を開けて、嬉々として遊びはじめたのには、ビックリしました。(*o*) もう毎日勝手に箱を開けては、「いち！」「にぃ！」と言いながら並べています。 おかげですぐに１〜１０までは完璧に言えるようになりました。順番も把握しているようです。 英語の方でも大体言えますね。 数字のカード、英語＆ドット付きカード共に裏に絵が書いてあってとても綺麗です。 数字カードと英語のカードは、色が合わせてあるので、子供にも分かりやすいと思います。 （まだ言葉を話さないので、子供がどう思っているか実際は分かりませんが・・・） １〜１０のカードなので、もうある程度数字の言えるお子さんには物足りないかと思いますが、 数字に興味を持ちはじめた小さな子供（１〜２歳）にはピッタリの遊び道具だと思います。 １歳代で、カードをかじらないぐらいになったら与えても良いかな？ エリック・カールが好きなら、お勧めします。

Me han encantado estas tarjetas. Son de una calidad excelente y las ilustraciones son preciosas. La cajita en la que vienen es perfecta para que también se entretengan guardando y sacando. Ideal para bebés de +12m.

Ces flashcards sont magnifiques (merci Eric Carle !) Très belle qualité. Elles peuvent être exploitées à deux niveaux : pour l'apprentissage des chiffres et pour celui des noms d'animaux.

I bought these for my 20 month old son. I wasn’t sure what to expect as there are so many flash cards on the market but I couldn’t be more thrilled with these. Firstly, the quality far exceeds what I was expecting. They are chunky and thick and feel really well made. They are also a lot bigger than what I was expecting which is only a bonus! From the pictures, I wasn’t sure exactly how many cards I would receive. All in all, there are twenty. They are all double sided and come in 2 sets of ten cards. One set shows 1-10 in numbers on one side and 1-10 in pictures on the other. The other set shows 1-10 in pictures on one side (different pictures to the first set) with numerals on the other side plus Numicon style depictions of each number. Therefore, each number (1-10) has two pictures plus the numeral, the word and its own representation in dots. These are great for matching numbers plus also recognising numbers 1-10 in different formats. Overall, I am thrilled with the quality and as an early years educator I would recommend these to any parent or teacher looking for fun maths based resources. You won’t be disappointed!

We bought these for our two year old son and he loves them! They have lovely Eric Carle drawings of many common and not so common animals and insects. Made on very firm cardboard in a strong box. We play with these almost daily and he now recognises many animals many animals such as seahorses and fireflys which you dont normaly see in books etc.. We also bought the alaphabet flash cards and we have now invested in a set for our neice who equally loves them!
