Impressed with Rooted's superfoods range of mushroom & other supplements. Their ashwagandha seems very genuine and easy to swallow capsules. Good packaging.

I've tried many ashwagandha brands. This brand offers 800MG with 6% withanolides which are rare. Haven't seen any physical results yet. Neither has any kind of improvement in my sleep. It is one kind of herb where people praise it as godly and didn't show any sort of improvement in your life. On the good side, there is no side effect. Ashwagandha won't benefit you but won't harm you either. It totally depends upon the individual.
