I have always had the Presidio clear cases for my phones, but ordered this one for my daughters new phone. I love the clear design so you can still see the colour of the phone.The bumper is great. I was very prone to smashing screens before I started using these cases.For added protection use a tempered glass screen cover too

Das Case besteht gefühlt aus Hartplastik, die Button sind silikonartig, haben aber einen mir zu festen Druckpunkt. An den Ecken befinden sich jeweils kleine 3mm breite Einsätze aus dem gleichen Material wie die Buttons. Der Sinn erschliesst sich mir hier nicht wirklich. Die sichtbare Profilstruktur gibt dem ganzen Gehäuse zwar etwas Griffigkeit, aber auf Grund des harten Materials leider zu wenig. Die Gehäusedicke reicht aus, um die Objektive zu schützen. Es ist hier kein separat hochstehender Rahmen um die Optik. Der Case Rand ist auf der Vorderseite ca. 1 mm überstehend und schützt das Display ausreichend und stört auch das von mir verwendete Gorillaglas nicht.Macsafe Lader funktioniert, aber durch das dickere Gehäuse ist verständlicherweise die Magnetkraft reduziert.Alles in allem ein stabiles und klares Case in der gewohnten Speck Qualität, mir persönlich aber nicht griffig genug und die Buttons brauchen mir zu viel Druck, daher keine Empfehlung.

***This is not a flexible gel-type plastic***The case is EXTREMELY FIRM, to the point that it's very difficult to push the power or volume buttons. Taking a screenshot using the volume+power button is also very difficult. I'm debating incisions to make the buttons easier to push.It's just slightly softer than a hard-shell case. I don't particularly have an issue with that other than that the buttons are too difficult to push.UPDATEA week in and downgrading a star. This case is also extremely slippery.-It'll slide off my open planner into the floor-more slippery in my hand than the uncased phone; even with the ridges. In fact, I think the ridges make it slippier (less surface area)

Not a fan. This case doesn't actually have "grip' on the rear grippers like colored Speck cases ... slides right off tables, etc. The colored version of this case is excellent ... and my go-to case.

As others have said, this case makes it nearly impossible to push the side buttons on my phone. Also, the case itself is slippery, something unexpected. I have other Speck cases that worked beautifully but this one doesn't have the rubbery feel on the raised bars on the case. It's looks great on my red phone, but that's about it. It's too bad. I always liked Speck cases. I have returned this.
