Has helped me dramatically!
I have tried every probiotic on the store shelves and all of them cause colon discomfort except straight acidophilus. I took a chance on this product because of the number of strains, strength, and prebiotic. I can't begin to tell you how much these have helped me! I have not had any reaction to these and my GI health has dramatically improved. If you have unresolved GI issues like IBS, I would highly recommend you give these a try. And but the way I am not getting paid to write this review!

It effects everyone differently!
These didn't work for me but that doesn't mean it won't work for you. It helps some but not others. I had to try it to see for myself. Made me crampy and uncomfortable but like I said, that doesn't mean it won't work for you! I try everything once because you'll never know if you don't try right? Hope this helped!

good supplement
I bought these because I am having trouble adjusting to a new medication. They seem to keep my GI system balanced.

Still taking the pills. Seem to be doing the job. Not decided yet whether to continue when gone.
