Made in Japan Noren Curtain Tapestry Shiki No Matsu

The design and color of this noren did not quite match the color and decor of my apartment. So I decided to keep it as a back up to the one I am using at present. It does serve its purpose as a screen to block the interior of a room from outside view. Dimensions and material are good though. For the price, it's worth keeping.

I like this a lot. It arrived exactly as described and shown in the photos, and the course weave is represented accurately in the close up photos in the product description. The fact that the material and weave is quite coarse almost kept me from ordering it, but the peaceful design and colors outweighed the disappointing roughness of the material. The design is printed on one side only. I'm enjoying this as an alternative to a longer Tibetan door curtain I'd been using, which doesn't have the convenience of the split screen.

I use it for all my doorways , it gives airflow with privacy and it's like having pictures instead of doors.
