Super interesting ingredients - works well, smells bad, price is high
I was super intrigued by this HI Impact Serum and excited to give it a try! I have fairly sensitive skin and have had no adverse reactions. What intrigued me about this serum are the ingredients. Not only does in contain some of my favorite skincare ingredients, Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C Ester … it also contains Epidermal Growth Factors “Using donor-certified stem cells donated solely from bone marrow (completely non-embryonic), this serum encourages and replicates the growth of your individual healthy skin cells”. I thought this was super interesting and never used a serum that used donor-certified stem cells! This serum is really nice. It’s tightening but hydrating at the same time. It absorbs easily. And I have definitely noticed a change in my skin with how glowy it is and definitely have noticed my fine lines and wrinkles fading a little. I have NOT seen a difference in the brightening of my skin, but maybe with continued use overtime I will see a difference. The reason I’m docking 1 star off is because the smell is pretty bad. Thankfully it doesn’t linger, and I apply other products on top to help cover the smell (before applying anything on top, make sure to wait a good 10 minutes or so until the serum is completely dry and to give your skin time to respond to the EGF so it won't affect the rejuvenation process much). Also, the price is a bit high, for me personally (160 at time of review). That is personally way too pricey for a serum, for me personally. BUT, if you’re in the position to be able to splurge and try this serum out, I absolutely think it’s worth a try!! I’m excited to see more results with continued use.

Overpriced
This serum is super expensive though it did not feel like a luxurious product. Firstly the bottle is not well made as the top part came off when I tried to open it. It has a dropper dispenser and only a few drops are needed else it gets too oily. On application, it first starts of as greasy or oily but later gets absorbed well. I use it mostly at night to deal with this issue and have not yet noticed any brightening or wrinkle /fine line reducing properties of this serum. It hydrates well and acts as a great moisturizer just like a reasonably priced serum, so I did not see anything special about this one. It does say it has donor certified stem cells which I haven't come across before which might be the reason for such a high price, but I have not seen any apparent change in my skin after weeks of use.

It works!
I have used this product for years and nothing eliminates the fine lines and wrinkles like this does. My dermatologist always says, whatever you’re doing, keep doing it— and I am! Janeen C

Unpleasant Scent, Pricey
I just recently had my 36th birthday, so naturally my skin isn't looking the same way it used to. I ordered this serum in hopes it would help brighten my face, provide some hydration, and possibly improve the overall look of my skin. I didn't feel my expectations were very high. I wasn't expecting this product to work miracles, but I did expect to see a difference within a few weeks - and I have not. The product comes in a small glass bottle with a dropper top. The cover came apart the first time I opened it, which wasn't a great first impression. After fixing it, I was able to press down on top of the cover which is what fills the dropper with the serum. A little goes a long way to cover your face with the serum. It feels somewhat greasy at first but absorbs well into the skin and doesn't leave an unpleasant feeling behind. My issue is that the scent is highly unpleasant. It almost smells like lard, which isn't a smell I happen to enjoy. I'm glad it's not floral or strong, and it does dissipate as it absorbs, but I don't like the way it smells when I'm using it. Overall, I'm extremely underwhelmed. I expected more from a product with this high of a price tag. I'll continue using it in hopes it will eventually work, but I'm not holding my breath.

A Good But Not Great Brightening Serum
Hi Impact Serum is designed as a premium brightening serum with key ingredients of Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, and Epidermal Growth. Hi Impact utilizes donor-certified stem cells donated solely from non-embryonic bone marrow. Hi Impact is noted as increasing elasticity and collagen production, refining your skin’s surface and reigniting its luminosity. Reducing fine lines and wrinkles is also a stated goal. Hi Impact is made in the USA and arrives in a .5-fluid ounce bottle with a dropper to dispense the serum. I will admit I was unimpressed when I opened the box and a centerpiece of the bottles cap actually fell out. That's not a good first impression, especially for a premium product. The serum dispenses easily and it takes only 3-4 drops to smooth into the face and/or neck. It's recommended to use this 1-2 times daily. It smooths in fairly well. It's a bit oily at first, however, does blend in nicely. There's a slight scent of aloe vera. I'm still measuring the impact of Hi IMPACT, though I do think overall it's having a positive impact on my skin with some tightening of skin and reduction of fine lines. In some ways, it feels like a work in progress but it's already a good, but not quite great, brightening serum. I'm not sure this is going to make it into my regular wellness regimen, though I'm intrigued by it enough to say I'm going to keep using it longer and then make a decision. For now, I'll say it's a good but not great serum with quite a bit of promise.
