Returned it for a refund. It didn't help my lower back or pelvic tilt at all but did give me giant hickey bruises so the suction is real-- it just didn't help.

This product is useless. After reading the reviews online (now I doubt how valid these reviews are), I ordered one as my mother's birthday gift. She has suffered from lower back pain for a long time. After consistently using this product about a month, she finally decided to give up on it. She not only didn't feel better, but the pain was even worse. I tried it myself, but didn't feel anything different. I am not a good tester since I don't have any back pain. But this product is simply a piece of curved hard plastic. I didn't feel comfortable lying on it and didn't feel this could do anything to improve the back pain and it was very expensive for such a piece of junk. By the time my mother concluded that it was useless, it has passed the timeframe to return. i rarely had bad experience buying from Amazon.com. This is the first time I felt I was cheated by the very untrue reviews.

I have had back problems on and off for years including a few back surgeries. When I saw this product, I really hoped that it would help with my low back pain. I have used it several times over the last few weeks after receiving it. At first, I wasn't sure I was getting into it just right or getting good suction or vacuum, but after a few attempts I believed that I did. My feelings for myself is that it does not make my back problems worse, however, any positive changes or improvement seems to be very little for myself. I'm thinking about returning it for a refund. Maybe it works better for some people with different symptoms or conditions, but I have not seemed to notice any dramatic improvement or enough for me to give it more than 2 stars.

I know some reviews discuss lack of ability to get suction, but I just tried it for the first time, and I got a good grip from mine. I downloaded the PDF directions online and followed them. Don't try this with your clothes on. You should put your skin up against it and make sure it's dampened first. I couldn't feel an inordinate amount of anything really going on......until I got up......and felt a LOT less pain than when I started. I'm going to start using this regularly to see if I can alleviate some of the pressure at L4/L5 that I have.

It's good but be careful using it because it is powerful and can hurt the skin if you do it too agressively. (User error lol) It adjusted my back. I still prefer my inversion table, but it is a great tool to have anyway.

I know it's a great product.. I just couldn't achieve suction on my back...

pice of trash, does not work, if you do have back pain it its impossible to make this work and you will end up hurting yourself even more trying to get the air bubble to scape. then you lose the suction. it turn out to be more of a ab workout than anything else

Did not do a thing to help me. I gave it a chance for 2 weeks and then gave up.
