It’s good but you need to use it when you’re free because of it’s sound and it will take too long time to see the effects

It hurts so much under the arms. Also, it's so visible under clothes+uncomfortable to sit with cause the hard palstic sensor peice will press on your back. Also, idk if it was me or the product, but the sensor didn't work as it should although i treid different tightnesses
