Are these real Lacoste shirts made by the Lacoste company?

i' don't think it's original LACOSTE BRAND because of the Logo Brand is not made of braid cotton it's actually etiquette attached to the lays of the shirt with their logo brand so I' dont think it's original.

I wear a medium how do they fit

They are tighter cut and of poorer quality than the Lacoste shirts from last year. I returned mine. Size up

Comfortable, but Not Sure About the Durability

The material feels soft and comfortable, and they’re nice to wear as everyday undershirts. The cotton feels good against the skin and the fit is pretty standard. However, the fabric seems a bit thin and doesn’t look like it will last very long after many washes. Overall they’re comfortable, but I’m not completely convinced about the durability.
