Some parts sturdy, some not
This set is kind of a "mixed bag", pun intended. Some parts are very good quality, like the stainless steel pan for the instruments, and many of the pieces are made of wood. However, the first time using it the wooden tweezer broke (we might be able to put a screw in it to hold it), and a piece came off the stethoscope (super glue would not hold it, either). There are so many cute parts, like real bandaids, the forehead "laser" thermometer that shines a red light on the forehead and allows the numbers to change for the temperature, and the glasses (super cute!), - even a nice carrying bag. We really like it, but feel like the quality could have been better on some parts.

Not the cheap crap!
Seems really good for the price! Lots of stuff, some wooden stuff. Seems to be made really well and not a lot of plastic junk.

Cheap quality
I thought it would be a higher quality product for the price point but it's not. The pieces are small, the mix of plastic, medal, wood etc is a really weird mix. The magnets holding things together are not strong and I'm sure the pieces will get lost soon because of that, the plastic elements are super cheap quality and very small and breakable

Cute set
This is a very cute, well made set, the best Iv come across, my child loves it, but I don’t like that it comes with the “play pills” even though they are glued to a larger square piece, I don’t believe that pills should be apart of anything a child plays with.
