Makes great raw chocolate
This cocoa butter was excellent. We made unbelievably decadent raw chocolate candy with it.1/2 c cocoa butter, grated fine1/2 c virgin organic coconut oil1/2 c raw organic cocoa powder or cacao2-4 Tbl of organic honey or agave syrupHeat in a small double boiler over hot water or a bowl set over a pan of hot water. To keep the beneficial enzymes in place don't heat above 115 degrees. Stir till melted together. Add raisins, nuts, or coconut if desired. It's no frills cocoa butter, which is as it should be, however, I do wish as others have stated the little pastilles were all of the same size or weighed out the same so you could accurately measure without a scale.

Not raw cacao
This isn't bad but if your looking for cacao butter wafers for your bullet proof latte these are not it. I'm still using them and it's filling but it's not exactly what I thought it would be.

Wafers not a serving size.
The wafers should be a serving size, a tablespoon. They are approximately 1 teaspoon. As a result, you have to use at least 4 to get a serving.

Easy to use and measure out
This year I decided to go on a ketogenic diet, which consists of mostly eating fat throughout the day. One of the food items that I made to help keep the fat high in my diet are "fat bombs", which are smaller easy to eat bites of fat mixed with other ingredients. I bought this cocoa butter as a easy to use fat the would stay solid at room temperature. If I need something quick and don't have a fat bomb made up, I will just pop one or two of these discs into my mouth and chew them up. They have a faint chocolate flavor to them with no bitterness. I like that they are small and easy to measure out due to their shape. A great buy!
