They work!
They really do make your arms sweat. They are lightweight and easy to put on and come in a variety of sizes and colors. I have had several different brands that didn't work as well. I've been using them for about a month and so far, I am happy with them.

Honestly, the sweat arm bands are actually not bad just when you get really really sweaty, they tend to slide down your arm a little bit but really they do make you sweat more which is exactly what you want so honestly, for the price of the item it is perfect - Just bear in mind that when you do get super sweaty, they do slide down your arm a bit - other than that they are perfect.
