Inupiat Birch Alaska Cutlery Ulu Knife Mountain Big Dipper

I will not use any other kitchen knife other than this ulu. It has been great straight out of the package no need for sharpening. Even got an extra one for display purposes

I have arthritis in my hand and wrist. After practice this knife is my go to favorite. I have expensive chefs knives ( about 150 each ) but this is by far the best to cut and chop meat and vegetables.
