I almost returned it BUT...glad I didn't
Ok, so I had difficulty using it at first. I started to return it but decided to try it again and I love it....yes...it is a bit complicated but once you figure it out it is phenomenal....I am just itching to cook in it. I have owned to other models and this one tops the list. I wish I could sautee in it but that's ok...take the time to understand it and you will see...***one more thing....it is NOT stainless only the inner pot is, but the body is gorgeous black and white***

A blunder!
I have never been so befuddled with anything as I am with this! Thought I was getting a great deal but all I can say is it looks very pretty on my counter. The instructions or at least the few words written in it are no help and most of them are about a blender. Unfortunately I left it in the box for a few months before I tried it or I would have sent it back, pronto. I did once, manage to make a couple of boiled eggs with it but that's it. I still have the box and have thought about giving it to one of my more technically astute friends. Not sure if it would be a good idea or not. For myself I l went back to Amazon and ordered the top selling PC and love it.

Would have been great if a receipe book was included
Bought this for my wife for Christmas. Used first time on 01/14/17. Instructions are very complicated. Must have been written by a MIT engineer. There is no warranty card and I am unable to find a website for the manufacture or any way to contact them for questions. Questions I do have. Would have been great if a receipe book was included. Still trying to find a way to contact manufacture. If anyone knows how, please advise.

Horrible instructions!
Bought this pressure cooker because it looked like a good deal and it had good reviews. Then realized most of the reviews were for a blender. The pressure cooker does look like a quality machine. I've managed to cook two things in it, but neither successfully. The problem is that the instructions are difficult to understand, misspelled, and definitely not detailed enough. There are several words that make no sense, that I take to be mistranslations. For example, one setting is in one place "bean/tendons", then "been/tendons". And who would want to cook "tendons" anyway? I can only guess that tendons are a mistranslation of something else. Another setting is variously "fragrance" and "essence", neither of which makes sense for a pressure cooker. There are NO recipes, no indication of how much water to put in, no way that I can figure out to set a timer other than something the horrible instructions calls the preset function, which seems to let you increase the preset times by ten minute increments. In my attempts to use it, I've had a code c1 pop up several times. I finally found the code in the troubleshooting section, possible reason: too little water. Recommended solution: send to the service center for repair! This might be a great pressure cooker, but without decent instructions I can't figure out how to use it and I sure wouldn't recommend it. And I wish I'd bought another brand.

Great cooker
Got this for my wife for Xmas. It cooks rice much better than our other 2 rice cookers but my favorite thing is the pressure cooker. It's an excellent cooker. the only down is that is not 100% user friendly. I always have to click around and try buttons before I can get it to the setting I want.

Glad to have it
Love it. I've used it several times for different things. Works quickly with meats, even from frozen. It'll also replace my aging rice cooker.

Mystery Company and sub-par product
It only cooks about half the time. You can go on youtube and see people making pasta in their pressure cooker but not in this one. It never gets up to pressure. I have done rice and veggies in it, and it takes the same time as stove top cooking. There is no time savings with this product.Instruction are terrible. There are badly translated and hard to fallow. It would not be so bad if the unit is intuitive to use, but sadly you need the instructions just to figure out have to change the cook timer. The worst thing is when you look up Keyton pressure cookers all you find are store pages. Where is the supports?
