Zetta Z12 Mini Intelligent Security Camcorder

I have owned the Z12 since November of 2017. I have been through the manuals and setups thoroughly and it can be complicated if you aren't careful. However, the motion trigger has never been able to work. I went through all the videos I can find and manuals, nothing would work. So I broke down and called customer support since the reviews said it was "awesome". How wrong those reviews are. I called support and got hung up on by the automated system because I waited too long. Yes, that's right. Then I called back and the tech support proceeded to look up the Z12 manual and start reading it to me. That was fun. And when I had all the settings like he asked. It still didn't work. So he proceeded to take my info and have someone call me from their "tech support". Yeah, I know, that is what I thought too. So someone from tech support emails me directions how to set up the trigger settings. Guess what? I already know them. And a link to their troubleshooting questions, again it was all about the setup. Why can't someone get on the phone from tech support, and go through my settings with me, and then determine its a just a bad unit and send me a new one. WTF?! All they keep doing is giving me instructions!!!!

Doesn't stay in stand by for nearly as long as it claims it can. Also its really bad at dealing with anything short of ideal light conditions. If your using it for security purposes I wouldn't plan on gathering anything super useful in court though unless the perpetrator put his fully lit face right up on the camera . . . in which case the camera will probably be missing.

Good for using as car driving camera. The battery life takes a good charge. Haven't use for a straight eight hours, but have use it now for two weeks on same charge off and on when I want to use it. Good pickup on soundBad..... Widget software does not recognise connection to DVR you cannot set up current time or other setup options, motion, night vision like a Foscam DVR
