Are these made in China?

I don’t think so, they came very fast so I’m assuming it’s made from the states.

I received this today as a gift for someone. It has a very strong smell. Is that normal?

I have purchased these three times and never noticed the smell. Open the plastic bag and let them air out. Also, I believe all new mothers/fathers wash the item before using any type of clothing. My gifts wer a big hit all three times!
