Warped boards
All of the 10” boards are warped.

Definitely greaseproof
These are nice and greaseproof. Great if you’re not doing a tiered cake. I wish they had holes in the center.

Thin, with slick surface
These are very thin and cheaply made cake boards. They are grease proof because they have some sort of film on them, like maybe cellophane. I would only use them as a larger surface to ice cakes on but use a good sturdy board to put your cakes on for stacking. I use a board the same size as my cakes and then use tape to attach it to a larger board to dirty ice and then final ice then remove the larger board when ready to stack. These thin cheap boards would be ideal for that.
