I bought this product based on the product description on Amazon that it supports two external monitors simultaneously with resolution at 4K for both monitors in Windows OS. I received the product today and plugged it in. The max resolution it get is 1920x1080. If you only plug in one monitor, it reaches 4K resolution. The Amazon product description is not accurate.

I have my work laptops on a vertical stand and its really hard to manage cables every time. I found this product interesting and bought it. I am surprised to see that it has two hdmi ports to which i was able to plug in my two monitors. I was also able to charge my laptop with the additional usb c port. 4 usb ports are great but not sure what to do with so many. May be i can connect my hard disk. I love this product for functioning properly. Thank you amazon.

So, this does work as stated. I will caution that it gets very warm when used for charging the laptop with the PD port. Also, without power being supplied through the PD port, my external monitors stopped working. They are not 4k or high refresh rate monitors either. I will be returning this and trying something else.

I need a docking station that can extend my laptop screen to two external monitors and it does the job just fine. It's very light weight and comes with a bag to store it which is neat. I can put it in my backpack wherever I go, travel friendly.

I bought 4 of these my office and they do not work for dual 4K monitors. If you have low res monitors they are probably fine, but don’t buy or have high res 4K monitors.

Just got my first USB-C only laptop so I knew I needed one of these dongles/stations. This has everything I need and more! And the best part is that it's lightweight/compact and easy to carry around and keep on me. Super clean/simple design, and I didn't want to get multiple dongles for different things so a 12-in-1 is all I'll need. Definitely recommend this for any owner of a modern laptop/tablet computer!

I didn't really notice how many cables I used until I bought this hub. Initially I wanted it for the ethernet port for my Chromebook so I can get faster speeds, but then I decided to connect a nicer webcam to it and my mouse/keyboard and an external monitor. It worked flawlessly for anything I attached to it. NO setup needed!

It works perfectly fine with both my Windows PC and Apple ipad pro. It allows me to add additional monitors to my PC at 4k. Good investment for the money.

Its well packaged, seems solid and works partially.I have hooked to both a Thinkpad T470S and a Thinkpad T14, in both cases I get 2 issues.1. It will only support 2 external HMDI connected monitors at 1920 x 1080 not the defaul resolution of 2560 x 1440 which renders the dual slots unusable for me. One connected directly to HDMI on laptop and other via the docking station will support the higer resolution, so I can get the setup I want but annoyingly it becomes far less of a plug and play docking station I wanted2. When connecting to a microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse it had a major lag on response when the dongle is plugged into both USB2 and USB3 slots. So I have had to revert to using usb slot on laptopSo a bit of an expensive miss for me, now investigating a return

I'm not too often one for writing a review, but this is a very decent item. I'm not great at knowing what to get for my laptop as far as things like this go, but so happy with this. I've now got a lot more ports to put into my laptop. I personally have a wireless mouse so by the time that is in and a USB drive is in, I'd only have one port left but this makes it so I have an abundance. I haven't used it for the screen ports yet but I definitely plan to, it's surpassed its expectations for me. Transfer speeds are brilliant for people who need this for those situations too.

On my Macbook Pro I have 2 ports. One of them is for the power. Apple is very mean to us on their laptops so this Hub is an absolute amazing needed addon. The power cable goes into this Hub and connected to the laptop. Perfect. Now I have a load of usb sockets, 2 HDMI and a freakin ethernet socket. Oh and a VGA but this isn't 1995 so I don't use this port.The hub is nice and light, and comes with a cable management thingy.All in all.... great!!

This is a perfect small device for wireless mouse, usbc charges, hdmi for monitor, memory cards. I had a smaller one originally and kept swapping and changing things. I can easily swap this from laptop to laptop to use each one with the same monitor, mouse and keyboard and add any additional things I need such as desk fan and charger cable. Worked straight away. No need to install anything.

Needed a docking station that I could use to read my SD cards and enable me to use my usb devices and this ticked all the boxes. The docking station even comes with its own carry case which makes it perfect for travelling with when I have to travel with my laptop.The device has worked flawlessly so far and would definitely recommend.
