750 ml with Spork!Well it's 750 to the brim, so for boiling, more like 650, which I knew before purchasing, no Biggie.Heats up 650 ml in 5.36 mins, so plenty quick enough, on a Triangia alcohol stoveSpeed isn't always best, but when you need a cuppa, it's top!Really made well, robust enough, considering how Featherlight it is. Handles don't get too hot either.Not really any negative points tbh. Some said that the spork isn't worth it, I beg to differ. It's strong, light, and works well, plus you get a wee bag for it too!😂Overall, very happy

absolute bargain
The two pans fit together very well but its better if you hold them in place with a ranger band. Very light indeed. I fit a mug, gas cartridge, burner , lighter, and fold up spoon, and a cloth inside.Give you scope to make a proper meal for two at a push. Very pleased.
