The product arrived very quick with Prime. It was easy to put on (instruction sheet included). I bought a power pack that the listing suggested. It allows you to walk around and power the heat to whatever you desire (3 settings). It helps restrict movement while giving soothing heat to the injured/sore shoulder. It is very comfortable but if you have a tear in your shoulder, excessive use could cause the ligaments to retract. Using it in moderation it really helps. If you need it all day you really need surgery. For slight shoulder injuries this works great. But like I said, if you have an injury where you need this on constantly over use could cause more damage to your shoulder so ask your Doctor. I’ve seen similar braces for 3-4 times the price so the cost is great. It also has more options than some of the cheaper models so it is worth every penny.

The media could not be loaded. I couldn't have found the Best product. I have so many different arm comforters but non like this one. Its hot setting makes the cold ac nights pains go away, the ice pa k makes it day time work pain feel relief. You also have a mild standby when you just need the feel of someone holding your shoulder together. Then there is the movability The portability, if you have a battery pack theres a space for that!I am buying one for my cousin who is going thru same pain in shoulder

The product came quickly. No special packaging or wrap. It came in their little pouch. Missing the extra DC cable as in the description. Easy to wear and put on. Strong Velcro adhesive. Nicely fitted.Best feature about this that many other lack is the USB plug allowing you to use a portable battery so you wouldn’t be tethered to the chair and outlet. The cord is short if you plan to be tethered to the outlet.Here is where it lacks. While on paper or specification said on high heat it reaches beyond 113 degree, while wearing you can barely feel the heat. What the design failed to take into account is the padding layer from the shoulder pad plus whatever clothing a person is wearing mitigate the heat. I’m only wearing a thin T-shirt and barely can feel the heat. Not sure is it because of the battery limitations. I’m using a 10,000 mah portable battery.Overall, very promising concept with high possibility. However fell short on delivery.

The body strap doesn't stay in place all that well, that may be due to me being 180 lbs and not a lot of meat on my chest, should offer one with a battery pack or something so I don't have to purchase one. Good steady heat and comfortability once in a position I don't move from for a while.

After 1 week it broke! Hard to do since it’s a plug in and yet here we are. Worked nicely for a week. Then nothing. Do not waste your hard earned money! I’m sorry I wasted mine on this garbage.

My shoulder gets inflammation from time to time due to tendonitis. I wish I had this when this all started years ago. It works wonders and so glad I purchased it. It definitely soothes your pain!!

It fits great, it is very easy to put on and comfortable and the heat is fantastic. I like that you can use it to put ice in it as well. It’s really great.

I’m 6,1 with 16 inch biceps and a 46 inch chest and the strap fits nicely. You can either use the adapter of a usb source to heat the pad although it doesn’t get as warm with the usb source. The upside of using usb is that you can use a power bank/battery and go cordless and it will still give you medium heat.
