it’s pretty small and for some reason I expected it to be a little more like a book. It’s like any other silicone teether.

When I was a kid, I loved reading my Little Golden Books with my Uncle Pete. I couldn’t wait to pass on this grand tradition with my nephew so that he could start his own love affair with the written word. But when I tried to introduce him to the Poky Little Puppy and his quest for rice pudding, my excitement turned into abject horror as he immediately proceeded to put the vintage book into his mouth. I thought, “There must be a better way!”That’s when I discovered the Bookworm Baby teether. This teething toy bears the likeness of an adorable bespectacled bookworm named Basil who smiles as if to say, “It’s alright, little one— go ahead and munch to your heart’s content!”Now during story time, the little one happily chews on BPA-free silicone instead of a musty book (or whatever else he might find to chew on). Plus, it can be washed, unlike a cardboard book. Best of all, the Little Golden Books library will be preserved for him to share with his little ones when the time comes!

I love this teether looks like a book and is offered by a family owned company enough that I paid $15 for it, just to receive it and see that it was “responsibility made in China “Uh, those are just words with no quantifiers of exactly how the $15 made in China teether is superior to the $3 made in China teether I could have bought almost anywhere. Still 4 stars because it is easy to hold and chew and most especially it is unique. I would like to see an actual “Basil the Bookworm “ matching book come out

This product is durable and easy to clean. Design is also cute. I like it very much. But my baby prefers other teething toys over this one. My baby rarely chew on this one. So I give this product four stars.
