This de-stressor supplement is my second favorite in general and from this brand. My favorite one is the first one I've tried from Nue Co. (link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B093HLG3K2/) which seems to work faster for me. However, both work similarly to decrease some tension and help with clarity throughout the day. This one took longer to kick in but once it did I could notice a sufficient difference in my mood.I really like these supplements because it doesn't make you tired and gives you a slight jolt of energy (not extreme like caffeine though lol). I've noticed a difference when I stopped taking these supplements in my irritations and patience level. So this definitely works better than any other brand I've tried. I usually grip about the price but this brand’s consistency, the purity, effectiveness is worth it for me. I currently have this and the other one (linked above) in my cart to reorder soon.

Caused aching cramps and caused menstruation both times I tried taking them again. Never having problems with my cycle, it was obvious this was the cause especially after it subsided after I stopped taking them. Couldn’t take them long enough to know if it helps stress.

My stomach swell up thought I was gonna have to go to the hospital . Stopped taking and stomach was back to normal.

I've noticed since taking these I'm not as cranky, little things don't get to me. I'm able to relax and multi task without feeling overwhelmed. I'm able to focus and get the job done. Also I'm sleeping better at night, due to not being stressed. I started noticing these differences after about a week. While these are a higher cost, I think it is worth it for the benefits.

Anything with L-theanine in it generally works well for me. This formula also adds herbal adaptogens for added stress relief. It works, I tend to be moody and feel really level when I take this. I love that the dose is only 1 per day.
