One thing i can say about this product before even opening it is they fill the container up . In the past protein powders come with half a container of the product but not this one which is such a plus .It dissolves well and there is no taste so adding a banana and Nut butter or vanilla extract with cinnamon will create a flavor which is a plus because sometimes I hate feeling stuck with just a chocolate flavor every day or just vanilla …diversity in flavoring is a huge plus . I’m very sensitive with protein and have tried so many so far so good a little bloating but not much since there are not all of those additives

I've been using this in my morning smoothie for nearly a month as of this writing. Blends well, not full of weird ingredients I don't want, keeps me fueled all morning. I can't really speak for taste since I have not tried it plain, but added stuff in with my smoothie (usually cocoa powder, sometimes peanut butter, sometimes frozen banana). I like that it grants me flexibility to chose my own ingredients for a smoothie. I picked this primarily to avoid sweeteners (natural and artificial).

This protein powder is great for what it is. Gluten free, no added sugars and a healthy option for a ghost flavor. Exactly as advertised and the company even sent me a free sample before I purchased the giant tub for $39.99. I was happy to dole out the cost after the initial sample. My only complaint now is that the tub doesn't come all the way full. The picture of white protein powder on a white background doesn't really make that clear. Buyers beware your tub of protein powder will be missing the top 2-3 inches of powder.*Corporate contacted me after this review was posted and apologized for the confusion. They are sending samples packs to make up for the discrepancy. To clarify, I did receive as much protein power as I paid for according to the description it was just disappointing that the tub was not full which I thought it would be. I truly appreciate their customer service.

This is my second purchase of grass fed "clean", flavorless whey and I decided to go with a different company this time, mainly for the size options. The previous brand I purchased only sold 1 lb bags and I flew through that in no time. Not that it wasn't a good product, but it was going to be costly to continue purchasing it. I read only one independent third party testing review on Real Whey but it was positive and so I decided to give this a try. Real Whey makes for nice mixing with coffee. No gelling or clumps if you give it a good shake with a ball whisk. When mixed with water it tastes like skim milk. I've not tried it in anything else, nor have I tried mixing it without a whisk of some sort. The powder is very fine, however, so it might do well with a regular stir or shake. I'm happy with my purchase and will very likely purchase again.

The Container is very nice, the clear bottle is probably a touch to show the ‘purity’ of the protein (without other junk). However, the scope/spoon is buried in the middle of the whole container, making it pretty difficult to fish the scope out.I ordered the Ghost flavor. When I mixed it with water, the taste was very light, almost like ‘very watered down milk’. The light taste leads me to think that I can mix the protein with almost any juice, or smoothie. I mixed it with coconut milk and It mixes very well and it didn’t have any ‘chunk’ at the bottom, which is very important to me. I was pretty hungry when I mixed the shake, and I was filled after downing the shake. Didn’t get any ‘gas’ after drinking the shake, so, that’s also a plus. Looking forward to have some more and see the result at the gym.I am satisfied overall on this new brand, and I will buy it again and recommend it to friends.

fresh milk flavor, fragant, being worth buying

I bought this because I wanted a whey isolate that didn't have any unnecessary additions. This is a perfect fit, and this is completely soy free so you don't get that added estrogen that could damage your body and negatively impact your gains. I took 1 star off for the labeling, however, because it doesn't list other noteworthy things such as BCAA content.This is invisible flavor, but obviously it only stays invisible flavor if you put it in something that isn't already invisible flavor and if you proportion it properly. If you add it to water, it tastes kinda like spoiled milk and has a horrid aftertaste. But you can get used to it. I didn't buy it for the taste.

I made the decision to get in shape last year by finding activities I find fun (Thanks Spin and Yoga!). Although I knew I wanted to add a protein supplement to ensure my body gets its daily requirement to be healthy, I was having trouble finding a protein powder that didn't have a horrible taste and thick texture until I found this product.I love how it's so easy to incorporate into my daily routine by adding it to either chocolate flavored almond milk or a fruit smoothie because I can't notice a difference in the taste or texture!!! No wonder why it's called Ghost Flavor!!!Pros:Minimal Flavor and No Thick TextureSimple ingredients - The bottle explains the purpose of each ingredient which I've never seen before!No soy (I can't consume soy)Cons:This product wasn't available sooner!I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a protein without the horrible taste and thick texture.
