Although when using the product it is painless, mine just didn't seem to work properly. When using it the pieces would not fit together properly which resulted in skin falling out all over the place which wasn't pleasant. While it works in getting rid of dry skin, it's not practical to then have dry skin falling about all over the place. But because it wasn't too expensive when I bought it so I'm not overly disappointed, you get what you pay for but I wouldn't be buying this again.

Wasn't very pleased with this product at all. It is indeed very gentle(even TOO gentle I reckon!) and I wouldn't recommend the product to anyone who's looking for a full pedi treatment for feet that have been lacking some good tlc. This thing is more like a maintenance tool for feet that are already soft and in good condition. I thought I'd try it out because of the price and great reviews but it really hasn't made any difference at all to my feet. I think I'm going to purchase the emjoi micropedi now instead.

Removes hard skin and helps you to keep your feet tidy whenever you need it. Easy and comfy in use, leaves your feet smooyt and polished. For the best results polish all your feet with creamy exfoliator and put some balm or coconut oil on.

I don't find this all that great as it is a bit difficult to set up properly, it doesn't seem to click in and then I find it difficult to undo - it may be just me though. Once set up it is quite good at doing what it's supposed to.

I have been very pleased with the product, it is strong and does the job very well, if you catch the skin that is not hard it does not hurt at all, so very good product and very pleased.
