It seems very complete in terms of vitamins, and it mixes easily with milk. However, the sugar content (over 30g per cup) is way too high. I wanted to use this as a breakfast boost before school because my kids don't like to eat in the morning, but I feel guilty giving it to them due to the highsugar content.
