First order arrived broken and we placed return and replace, it came in good condition. Since it is natural product, damages can happen.. customer service was good

Finish is not good and the fibres are coming off after few uses
Brush base is sturdy, but not finished properly(base , where fibres are fixed). The fibres are falling off after few uses.
